  1. CLICK ON "FIRST TIME USER" AND ENTER YOUR REGISTRATION NO. OR ROLLNO.(AT YOUR ADMIT CARD)

  2. AFTER SUBMITTING THE ABOVE FIELD YOUR DATA WILL APPEAR ON SCREEN (NAME, FATHER NAME ETC).

  3. KINDLY SELECT THE TYPE OF EXAMS RE-APPEAR / ADDITIONAL / FAIL.

  4. THEN YOU SELECT ANY ONE PAPER SCHEME 800/900/1000/1100/9001. (KINDLY GET IT FROM YOUR DMC / INTERNET RESULT)

  5. AFTER THAT PAPER CODE AND SUBJECT NAME WILL BE SHOWN THERE.

  6. KINDLY SELECT THE PAPER CODE WHICH YOU WANT TO FILL.

  7. FEE WILL BE Rs. 700/-.

  8. KINDLY UPLOAD THE PHOTO / SIGNATURE IF NOT SHOWING.

  9. THEN CLICK ON OPTION "I DECLARE THAT ALL TERMS &CONDITIONS CORRECT".

  10. THEN CLICK ON SUBMIT BUTTON

  11. AFTER SUBMITTING YOUR FORM, A PRINT FORM WILL APPEAR(IN 3 COPIES) AND AMOUNT OF FEE IS SHOWN IN IT.

  12. TAKE THIS PRINT FORM AND SUBMIT THE FEE AT YOUR NEAREST AXIS BANK.

  13. AFTER THAT KINDLY SEND THE PAYMENT RECEIPT & YOUR COPY OF RESULT, PROOF OF BA (IN CASE OF B.ED ADDITIONAL ONLY) AT “ASST. REGISTRAR – R-IV, M.D.UNIVERSITY, ROHTAK.

  14. IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR B.ED ADDITIONAL KINDLY SUBMIT PROOF OF GRADUATION & PROOF OF B.ED ALONG WITH YOUR FORM AT e-Governance Cell, GATE NO: 1, M D UNIVERSITY ROHTAK.
